Beef Dumplings (Affirmed)
Yumpling is not the “dumpling truck of my dreams,” writes one Justice.” But while it is “not amazing,” it’s also “not bad.” The skin is “done well” — “chewy and not too thin” — while the beef filling is “nice” but served in too small a quantity.
