OUR REVIEWS

Blackberry Pie (Remanded)

DDP’s blackberry pie was “not terrible” but “tasted like any pie I could purchase from Safeway or Giant.” The top crust tasted “old,” while the bottom crust was “non-existent.” Read the full review at In re Dangerously Delicious Pies, 4 Catt. 4 (2011).

Chicken Pot Pie (Affirmed)

DDP’s chicken pot pie was “indeed a pleasurable experience,” one with “several surprises.” For on, it was “actually a pie, with a top and bottom crust.” The crust “wasn’t as buttery and flaky as I expected” but was “good.” The filling was “delicious” and the chicken “juicy and well-seasoned.” A “deceptively simple” side salad was enjoyed “almost as much as the pie.” Read the full review atIn re Dangerously Delicious Pies, 15 Catt. 1 (2012).

*Voted a “must try” dish in Best Mobile Gastronomy (The First Savory Edition, 2013).
