Chicken Sate (Affirmed)

The “succulent” chicken sate from Sate Truck — a mobile offshoot of Satay Sarinah in Alexandria — is “well seasoned” and “quite flavorful” with “a beautiful smokey char.” The accompanying peanut sauce was “wonderful, savory and sweet,” and complemented the chicken “magnificently.” The vegetable stew is “exquisite” and coconut jasmine rice is “well prepared.” For the full review, see In re Sate Truck, 23 Catt. 4 (2013).
