Samosa (Affirmed)

ROR’s samosa is “not atypical” and “as good as any I have had.” Though it tastes fried, it is purportedly “baked” instead. The filling, primarily potato, is “tasty and well seasoned,” and the accompanying chutney is “fresh and complimentary.” At $2, the samosa is a reasonably priced snack.
