BBQ Pork Bánh Mì (Affirmed)

Although “heavily sauced,” the pork was flavorful and tamed by the inclusion of mayo as a condiment.  Cucumber, radish, carrot, cilantro, and jalapenos added “freshness and crunch.” The bread was crusty but read more like “an Italian sub roll.” For the full review, see In re Phonation, 30 Catt. 1 (2014).
