Empanada de Pollo and Chancaca Bread Pudding (Affirmed)
The pastry “achieved a beautiful golden color and flakiness.” The chicken filling “leaned on the dry side,” but was “well-seasoned” and had a “tangy finish” with a squish of fresh lime.
