Beef Stew (Affirmed)

International Grill is “a nondescript food truck” for “construction workers” that “didn’t have a menu.” The proprietor, who “reminded me of my mother,” made “something you’ll like,” which turned out to be “a stew of beef, potatoes, carrots, peppers, and onions served over rice, with side dishes of beans and a salad, plus a fresh tortilla.” The meat was “slow-cooked and tender,” the tortilla was “pillowy,” and the beans were “silky and sweet.” For the full review, see In re International Grill, 3 Catt. 6 (2011).
