OUR REVIEWS

Hot People Dumplings (Affirmed)

The two fillings — chicken and mushroom, and pork and corn — were “mild in flavor” but “quite good.” The dumpling sins were “excellent and “lent themselves beautifully to steaming.” For the full review, see In re Hot People Food, 6 Catt. 4 (2012).

Sassy Chicken (Affirmed in Part, Remanded in Part)

It is unclear what sassy chicken is. Is it “soy sauce, fennel, and ginger,” or is it “battered and deep-fried chicken bits in a sticky sweet-and-sour sauce”? If the former, it is “moist” but “not sassy at all” without “even a hint of spice.” For the full review, see In re Hot People Food, 7 Catt. 1 (2012).
