Hot People Dumplings (Affirmed)

Sassy Chicken (Affirmed in Part, Remanded in Part)

It is unclear what sassy chicken is. Is it “soy sauce, fennel, and ginger,” or is it “battered and deep-fried chicken bits in a sticky sweet-and-sour sauce”?
