Lomo Saltado (Affirmed in Part, Remanded in Part)

The lomo saltado “could be a much better dish with adjustments in seasoning and plating.” The flavor was a “one-note samba – not terrible, not incredible.” Because the fries are served on the side, “it can be difficult to mix the steak and vegetables with the fries” so that the fries can soak up the sauces.
